ACCURO: manage the entire nurse call system in a simple and complete way, minimizing the possibility of contagion

The possibility of managing the ACCURO nurse call communication system through individualized tablets or smartphones per person or nursing post, allows minimizing the possibilities of contagion to the healthcare or social healthcare team, by restricting access to these important communication elements. This is possible thanks to our software, adapted for smartphones, tablets and PCs and with a web technology base programmed in HTML5, without the need for installables.
Organizing the healthcare or social healthcare team in certain nursing posts, which can only be accessed by certain professionals, or individually through tablets or smartphones, has never been so easy. In this way, the risks of contagion are minimized, which, together with the antimicrobial treatment of the new generation of our room terminals and peripherals, make ACCURO one of the safest nurse call communication solutions on the market in terms of possible transmissions of diseases.
ACCUROviewer and ACCUROmanager are management and control packages based on Web technology (use of a browser) with no installation required, thereby avoiding incompatibilities and ensuring the future of the system. Fully developed by ALCAD, they are the key to its flexibility and robustness, standing out for being fully configurable.
ACCUROviewer is responsible for monitoring and managing patients or users by healthcare or social healthcare personnel, while ACCUROmanager is the system maintenance and management tool used by the technical team.
The maintenance and configuration of the nurse call communication system can be monitored through the local network or even, if necessary, remotely via the Internet, allowing the same location to control several centres.
Management of the nurse call system: main functionalities
- ACCUROviewer. Among other features, thanks to its traceability it is possible to obtain reports / statistics for patient or user supervision and workload and flow management (in a personalized way if they include RFID readers). It also offers the display of calls and alarms in ‘map’ format, indicating, for example, alarm levels and the presence of the patient or user in the room.
Actions and reasons: from ACCUROviewer you can also record the actions carried out by the staff in each patient (giving medication, water, change of posture, cleaning, absorbent changes, cures, intakes, changes of bedding, maintenance, etc.), as well as document the reasons for help (emergencies, discomfort, support AVDs, etc.) with a simple click from your mobile device or tablet. This saves key time to spend caring for people. These actions are integrated with the RESIPLUS software of the centre, or other software (to be studied).
Finally, ACCUROviewer allows you to extract and view reports in Excel or PDF of average action times per employee, per item, per room, per area, etc .; as well as knowing the time and number of actions on a patient.
- ACCUROmanager. Integrable in the centre's HIS (HIS / RIS in the case of nursing homes), it allows, for example, its connection to hospital or residence management systems using XML files (integration with RESIPLUS in the case of nursing homes), analysis of all the elements of the system, know the status of all the elements of the system, make backups and software updates...
Optionally and to increase security, it is possible to configure the servers and system to high availability (redundant servers).
