Whistle-blower Channel
The purpose of the ALCAD Electronics S.L. Whistle-blower Channel is to establish an internal channel for reporting possible breaches of regulations, breaches of internal and/or ethical policies and to establish a whistle-blower protection regime, in compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report about breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.
This channel enables company employees, and other interested parties, to report any type of illegal conduct or conduct contrary to our values and ethical principles, without fear of reprisals, strengthening the culture of information, the integrity infrastructures of organisations and the promotion of the culture of information or communication as a mechanism to prevent and detect threats to the public interest.
In this way, we seek to promote a culture of transparency, integrity and accountability in our organisation, while protecting those employees who choose to make a report in good faith.
This Whistle-blower Channel is configured as the preferred channel for receiving information on those actions or omissions identified therein, and for this purpose it shall:

Enable reporting of infringements under the Law.

Guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the persons who make use of the information system, and of any third party mentioned in the communication made and of the actions carried out in its management.

Enable the making of submissions in writing or orally, or both.

Integrate the different internal information channels that may be established in the entity.

Ensure the effective handling of the communications submitted.

Have a person in charge of the system.

Have a Policy and Procedure for the Management of incoming communications.

Establish guarantees for the protection of whistle-blowers.
Communications related to the following may be subject to information and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of this Procedure:
1. Those actions or omissions that may constitute breaches of European Union law, as described in Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption.
2. Those actions or omissions that may constitute a criminal offence (crime).
3. Actions that may constitute a serious or very serious administrative offence.
Likewise, any information that may involve a violation of the principles and duties set forth in the Code of Ethics of ALCAD Electronics, S.L. may be reported through the Whistle-blower Channel.
The Whistle-blower Channel cannot be used as a suggestion box, nor as a means of submitting queries or requests, complaints or claims.
