The mission of our ALCAD Facility Business Unit is to provide reliable, agile, robust and innovative solutions to a demanding and constantly evolving market, such as non-residential buildings: hospitals, hotels, nursing homes, malls, public buildings, etc.

ALCAD Facility emerges as an opportunity to offer greater specialization to the sector. This will allow us to be closer to systems integrators, engineering companies, properties, installers, distributors ... which will be reflected in a global improvement of our services and a greater capacity for customization, since we are manufacturers.

The new Business Unit is the result of the evolution experienced this year within ALCAD and is born with the aim of providing better service and more efficient service to the market, thanks to greater specialization and coordination, and a faster response.

At ALCAD Facility we design and manufacture telecommunications, security and multimedia solutions for non-residential buildings, through our solutions:

• ACCURO: 100% IP nurse-call communication system for hospitals and nursing homes.
• LIVERO: 100% IP intercom and access control system for hotels and other non-residential buildings (malls, town halls, etc.).
• ATTENDO: autonomous solution for the generation and reception of warnings for adapted bathrooms and changing rooms and common areas (RAB-010, KRAB-001), that complies with the DB-SUA standard of the Spanish Technical Building Code regarding security against the risk of being trapped in enclosures.
• IPTV Hospitality and Healthcare: 100% IP television and multimedia system for hotels, hospitals, nursing homes and other non-residential buildings (includes streamers header).

Our team, formed by sales representatives, pre-sales engineers, operations engineers and developers allows us to deliver platforms with all the potential offered by a 100% IP system - among them, a greater reliability and versatility, since it can interact with other IP systems through a new or existing data network. Thanks to this, a modular, expandable and easy installation and maintenance system is put together, ready for integration into third-party systems.
