New DMH-542 digital modulator for HDMI and A/V: programming simplicity with 3 output standards

Compact and easy to program thanks to its 2.4-inch LCD screen and built-in keypad, the new DMH-542 digital modulator offers the installer HDMI or RCA A/V inputs that convert to an output channel, with a choice of DVB-T, DVB-C and ISDB-T standards.
Our new device modulates the audio and video signal coming from a video source: satellite receiver, DVD or BLU-RAY player, video surveillance camera, to name a few, in order to distribute the signal throughout the installation.
DVB-T (Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial) is the standard for digital terrestrial television transmission (DVB-T) created by the European organisation Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB). It transmits audio, video and other data over an MPEG-2 stream, using Coded Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (COFDM) modulation.
DVB-C (Digital Video Broadcasting-Cable) is a digital cable television transmission system based on the European standard ETS 300 429, developed under the auspices of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the European Telecommunications Standardisation Institute (ETSI). Used in more than 70 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, America and Oceania.
ISDB (Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting) is a set of standards created by Japan for digital radio and television broadcasting. Like the European DVB standard, ISDB is made up of a family of components. The best known is digital terrestrial television (ISDB-T and ISDB-Tb). In addition to Japan, it is a standard used in many countries in Central and South America (Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina or Uruguay, among others).
The DMH-542 digital modulator is easily programmed thanks to its 2.4-inch LCD display and built-in keypad.
It features the possibility of quick wall mounting or use as a desktop unit.
