ALCAD Home team holds the follow-up meeting of the Strategic Plan for 21-23

At the headquarters in Irun, all the areas related to the Business Unit have developed the follow-up meeting of the Strategic Plan 21-23 and have taken the opportunity to carry out the first follow-up meeting of the 2023 Management Plan.
Over two days, 21 and 22 February, a review was made of all aspects related to ALCAD Home with a view to 2023. Among others, the Strategic, Marketing, Product, MMTV and DES plans, as well as the Commercial Plan for the different markets in which ALCAD is present.
All this, with product quality and the prioritisation of customer service as two of the fundamental axes in terms of the challenges for the new year.
The General Management and the areas of Commercial Administration, Marketing, Industrial, Financial and R&D participated, developing a continuous exchange of ideas and proposals to be added to the Management Plan for the year 2023.
