SNS- 211 is a bed occupancy monitor to detect a patient fall of bed or to use as an element of prevention of wandering patients in the room. The device is designed specifically for people with severe mobility problems or who suffer from dementia. It is based on two parts, a sensor that is placed under the mattress and a control unit that provides an acoustic indicator of alarm and a relay output that allows connection to a room unit CHC- xxx to notify the alarm to ALCAD NURSE CALL system.
