Access control system using proximity readers
iACCESS is an access control system through proximity readers integrated in our entrance panels, which allows access to the facilities by using electronic keys, avoiding the use of traditional keys or memorizing access codes.
The card allows the residents entrance control to the different points of a building or an housing development by giving total or partial permits. The system allows the creation of activated keys only temporarily, for example for the summer months (pool cleaners, lifeguards), or only for specific times (gardeners can only access with their electronic key in the morning).
The system allows the configuration of those options, the creation of new keys for new users, the cancellation of lost keys, and many more configuration options in a simple and fast way. The control of all these possibilities, is possible thanks to our accessible iACCESS WEB application.
The system provides comfort for the residents, as well as advantages in security and control of the people who access to the facilities of the building for property managers, thanks to a better access management of the service providers (workers, counting of accountants, postman, etc.) to the different common parts of the buildings (main door, technical premises, roof, terraces, etc.).

Kits for single-family homes, shops or offices
ALCAD's video door entry kits for single-family homes, shops or offices (2-WIRE technology) contain all the material necessary to carry out the installation, except for the cable: entrance panel with camera, as well as power supply and monitor for the interior.
