ALCAD signs a collaboration agreement with the School of Engineering of Gipuzkoa (UPV/EHU) to connect with young talent

At ALCAD, we firmly believe that young talent is key to building the future of our sector. That is why we have signed a collaboration agreement with the School of Engineering of Gipuzkoa, part of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), a leading educational institution in the Basque Country for technical and engineering training.

With more than 100 years of experience, the School has two campuses — in Eibar and Donostia-San Sebastián — and offers undergraduate and master’s degrees in areas such as Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Industrial Organisation and Telecommunication Technologies.

This agreement will allow us to strengthen our ties with both students and teaching staff, participating in guidance and training activities and facilitating student internships and final projects within our company.

In addition, ALCAD will take part in job fairs organised by the School, have access to direct communication tools with students, and collaborate in organising visits to our facilities or specific training sessions.

As part of this collaboration, ALCAD has a dedicated space in the School’s reception area, where a commemorative plaque highlights this agreement. Next to it, a corporate video presents our company and solutions, helping students learn more about us and the professional opportunities we offer.

This agreement reinforces our commitment to working closely with local educational institutions, aiming to attract local talent and offer professional development opportunities in a sector that is constantly evolving technologically.
