2020 marks a before and after in the history of ALCAD, since this year we change our structure with the aim of offering a better service to our customers. The ALCAD Home and ALCAD Facility business units are born, which will allow us a greater specialization in our day-to-day activities and therefore will result in a global improvement of our services.
Based on our more than 30 years of experience, as of today we will be able to provide greater added value to the market in general and to our customers in particular. Our traditional three business lines, Multimedia-TV, Door Entry Systems and Healthcare, evolve to give way to two new Business Units, ALCAD Home and ALCAD Facility, with the aim of providing better service and more specialized attention.
- ALCAD Home: focused on the design, manufacture and marketing of entertainment, security and telecommunications solutions in the field of home and housing of the future. At ALCAD we are a global reference in the reception, processing and distribution of TV signals, and we are specialists in intercom systems, access control and home automation - joining both lines of business, we will be able to present global solutions in this specific market segment.
- ALCAD Facility: aimed at the design, manufacture and marketing of telecommunications, security and multimedia solutions for non-residential buildings: hospitals, hotels, nursing homes, shopping centres, public buildings, etc. Our solutions will provide reliability, agility, robustness and innovation to a demanding and constantly evolving market.
In short, the overall improvement of our service will allow us to be more efficient, thanks to a greater specialization and coordination and a faster response, which will result in a global improvement of the services we offer to the market. We are aware that this is an important step that involves many challenges, but the fact of having a solid team of professionals with extensive experience gives us all the guarantees of success.
