We have renewed the PYME INNOVADORA seal, a distinction from the Ministry of Science and Innovation of the Spanish Government that recognises our track record in research, development and innovation in the design and manufacture of technological products related to health, safety and entertainment.
For us, innovation is one of the most important ways for the economic and social development of any country, and this seal speaks of our company's capacity and the daily effort of our professionals to always be one step ahead.
Design is our strong point: we have high-value patents as well as novel and attractive designs that lead us to the differentiation that the market demands of us. We are specialists in the manufacture of our own products and for this we have advanced industrial processes with European guarantee and heart.
With 35 years of experience, at ALCAD we continue to manufacture Made in Europe, with the AENOR certificate and under the ISO9001 standard. We have our own testing & certification lab, equipped with state-of-the-art measuring and testing instruments, which allows us to be self-sufficient in certifying our products under the CE marking, as well as a technologically advanced R&D&I area to which we allocate more than 10% of our annual turnover.
This seal, therefore, is the recognition of a track record, but also an incentive to continue working along the same lines, creating wealth and responding to the needs of the market.
It is not an easy task: the development of innovation requires support from the company's strategy and structure, the research and development department, leadership, personnel management and organisational culture.
