At ALCAD Home we always put our customers and partners at the centre of our strategy. Backed by more than 30 years of history and thanks to our status as manufacturers, from the moment we decide to develop a new product or solution until it goes on the market and is marketed, a complex machinery is set in motion that encompasses the R&D, industrial and commercial areas. More than 100 professionals focused on the same objective: to provide a quick and professional response to any need that the market may present.

Every day we work with the aim of providing each customer with the best service and specialised attention to any need, whether it is a distributor, installer or end user. Our diversification also allows us to be one of the few manufacturers that can offer, under the same brand, the Multimedia-TV (television signal reception, processing and distribution) and Door Entry Systems (video door entry systems, access control and digital home) catalogues.

In both cases, our aim is to provide the market with global telecommunications, security and entertainment solutions, adapted to more than 60 countries on 5 continents. This is the only way we can be sure that each client receives the best service and specialised attention, with a rapid response to any need that may arise. 

But a project of this calibre cannot aspire to last over time if it is not supported by solid values: teamwork, innovation and customer service. • R&D area: we dedicate more than 10% of our annual turnover to innovation. Design is our strength: we have high-value patents, as well as novel and attractive designs that lead us to the differentiation that the market demands of us. We are specialists in the manufacture of our own products, and for this we have advanced industrial processes with European guarantee and heart.
  
  Our own laboratory: a guarantee of quality and reliability. We have our own laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art measuring and testing instruments, which allows us to be self-sufficient in certifying our products under the CE marking.
   
• Industrial area: we are manufacturers, which allows us to be extremely flexible and adapt our resources to the specific production needs that may arise.
  
  Logistics: from the warehouse located at our headquarters in Irun (Gipuzkoa) and thanks to an exhaustive control of the stock of material in our branches and subsidiaries, we are able to manage the orders we receive immediately. Thanks to the work of our logistics area and its great capacity for adaptation, we are able to deliver the requested material on time and on time.
   
• Commercial area: we have an extensive sales network thak enables us to be close to our customers. We have branches throughout Spain; subsidiaries in France, the Czech Republic, Turkey and the UAE, and an extensive network of distributors in countries such as Portugal, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Poland, Austria, Russia, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. This capillarity allows us to export to more than 60 countries on 5 continents.
  
  Technical-commercial service: our customers highlight the personal treatment and the speed of response of our technical-commercial team, with the aim of solving any doubt or problem that may arise when installing our products.
  
  Technical Assistance Service: through our TAS, we offer any kind of help in repairs, trying to reduce the times as much as possible so that the professional can have the product back as soon as possible.
