On many occasions, we need to implement a simple access control system, but with great features that can allow us to control the entry of people to specific areas: housing estates, buildings, swimming pools or outdoor sports courts, pedestrian gates, villas, gardens, garages...
Our KPR-001 keypad, with code and proximity reader compatible with iACCESS keys, presents itself as a great ally in any access control thanks to its features: ultra-slim anti-vandal design, autonomous function or in combination with a street panel and versatility.
The KPR-001 access control keypad attracts attention for its compact size: with vertical measurements of 44x151mm, it adapts perfectly to all spaces, allowing it to be placed even in the frame of any door, for example in access to an outdoor swimming pool or sports court.
In addition, it gives a great feeling of security thanks to its robust anti-vandalism structure with IP66 protection degree, which makes it an ideal element to withstand wear and tear from intensive use and the most adverse weather conditions.
Our keypad for access control has two options to start the mechanism: by means of a code or by means of a proximity key compatible with our iACCESS system. Thanks to its versatility, the system is capable of storing up to 1,000 proximity keys or cards.
Autonomous access control or in combination with an entrance panel
But undoubtedly one of the characteristics that makes the new keypad for access control a great ally is its ability to operate not only autonomously, but also in combination with a new or existing entrance panel, giving access to a or two doors.
In this way, the residents of a building, for example, have the possibility of opening the main door using the proximity key or accessing the storage rooms by entering a code. In a villa, it is possible to configure the opening of the pedestrian door and the automatic garage door.
