Mast amplifiers: robust, easy to install and compatible with all amplification needs

One of the strengths of our catalogue is the section on amplification. At ALCAD we have not only apartment amplifiers, broadband head-end amplifiers, distribution amplifiers, programmable amplifiers, single-channel amplifiers or amplifiers for multiswitches, but also an interesting range of mast amplifiers, easy to install and compatible with all amplification needs.

Our mast amplifiers are suitable for individual terrestrial digital and analog TV installations, including those affected by the transmission of LTE700 and LTE800 mobile phone signals. They come in low and high gain ranges.

They amplify and mix the signals of several antennas, being able to distribute the signal obtained to the TV sockets by means of a single coaxial cable.

The armored zamak chassis guarantees their robustness, and thanks to their plastic casing they are resistant to sun and water (IP53 protection). The chassis is fixed to the mast by means of a polyamide clamp, with a large flange to facilitate its opening and closing. The chassis can be tilted to facilitate the connection of cables.

They have a high isolation between inputs and outputs. Type F connectors.

They are fed through the coaxial cable from a feeder installed inside the building, and incorporate a switchable current pass, which allows to supply power to a preamplifier.

Mast amplifiers also for satellite signal

The ALCAD family of mast amplifiers amplifies not only the signal from terrestrial antennas, but also mixes the satellite signal.

The new BO-696 kit (which includes an AM-696 amplifier and an AL-245 power supply in the same packaging) is ideal for individual installations of terrestrial and satellite TV, digital and analog, in which it is necessary to amplify the signals of two terrestrial antennas and mix the signals together with the satellite signal.

This obtained signal can be distributed to the TV sockets by means of a single coaxial cable. It is compatible with LTE700 and LTE800 mobile phone signals, with a UHF amplification band 470-694 MHz or 470-790 MHz.
